Shipping and returns

GlucoVive orders ship within one business day from the verified 2026 batch. Larger packs ship free within the US.

Processing and delivery

Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship within one business day. Standard US delivery then runs about 3 to 6 business days depending on your location. The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages include free US shipping; the 2-bottle starter carries a small shipping fee shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If it has not arrived in your inbox within two business days, check your spam folder and then email [email protected] with your order number and we will resend it.

Returns and refunds

GlucoVive is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To start a return, contact support with your order number and we will share the return address. Send back your bottles, including empties, and once we receive them we process the refund of your purchase price, usually within 3 to 5 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees, where they applied, are not refunded. Full details are on the refund policy and guarantee pages.

International orders

At this time GlucoVive ships within the United States through this authorized portal. If you are outside the US, contact our team and we will let you know whether delivery to your region is available.
