The guarantee window
You may request a refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of the date of purchase. The guarantee applies to orders placed through glucoviveofficial.com, our authorized US distribution portal. It covers opened and even empty bottles, because we want you to genuinely try the product.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or [email protected], or call (301) 555-0182, with your order number. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide the return address. Please return the bottles from your order so we can close it.
What is and is not refunded
The refund covers the product purchase price. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not refund orders placed through unauthorized third-party sellers, since we cannot verify those products.
Processing time
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
